The front of the spoon is brushed with a subtly speckled natural metallic green. The peppered green back blends seamlessly to a silvery pearlescent side that perfectly replicates the belly of a trout. Adding to its lifelike appeal is a splash of shiny blush near the front of the lure, as if it was a pink gill plate that can be seen in the sunlight. Each spoon is hand painted in California with epoxy powder paint that provides an ultra-durable, highly resistant protective shell-ensuring they will withstand the toughest fishing conditions without losing their vibrant finish. For Salmon and Steelhead targeting we have used Gamakatsu “Big River” barbed sickle hooks, guaranteeing exceptional performance and reliability on every cast.
